Well it finally happened!!!!

I'm Certified.... in crazy!



i seriously didn't realize how Brown i am! now that's crazy

I guess i should have shared what all was entailed.
In order to be certified, three pieces of criteria have to be met
1. You have to know your job and be good at your job.. meaning you get ranked on aspects of your job
2. You have to have a team and show significant dollar savings and show a sustainable gain each period.
3. Present a 15 minute presentation on the tools you used to reach the desired outcome in front of your peers, Regional Boss's Division Boss's, VP's and Presidents.
And you have to successfully answer questions that they may have at the end of your presentation.

Needless to say, i used my charm and whit (believe me i got a couple of chuckles out of the group) and used my killer powerpoint skills. Seriously Killer. I wish i could show you guys, but i'm assuming i can't for legal reasons. But I've been told my powerpoint is being used for a six sigma project. Go figure. I guess thats my next thing to tackle.... Which i'll have you know, I'm working with someone who is working on his Gold Belt. No not Karate.
