Safety Loss

So last night at our plant was our safety dinner. we were congratulating everybody for being safe for such a long time. The dinner consisted of fried chicken, mashed taters, beans, corn, and roll. Some would say that is some good eats. My feat was eating too much and loosing all the weight i had been.

I walked on the scale and i was 302. which actually means i'm still heavier than 302. but still i haven't gotten that close to 299 on that scale before which was my goal. i should be under before my doc appointment on wed.

I was supposed to have lost 50 lbs. which i fell short of. And i'm probably not loosing it the way i should be. a glass of water in the morning, a meal around 7pm or 12am. and a glass of water in the evening. with some water before i go to bed.

but hey ya i'm down to 302. and i recalculated my hours for the seven days i have no clue where i came up with 75. It's actually 81 hours.
