I'm back

So the adventure is over. Hot steamy and sweaty. okay maybe not steamy but it certainly was hot and sweaty at the Bakery plant.

What have i been doing for the past week. Other than eating and drinking tons of gatorade and water, i've been throwing away trash and cleaning the line that makes hot dog and hamburger buns. The plant also has a line that makes bread. Pretty interesting how the whole thing works if you ask me. But certainly has made me look at buns and bread in a different way. And having to clean those lines was amazing. we started off with a scaper and a hose to clean the lines. talk about tedious.

I got to see a couple of old conference buddies that i've met at different conferece's that i have been to throughout the year. Some of them i didn't even recognize. Oddly enough is VERY sad because i didn't even recognize the girl that i sat next to at the last conference back in April or May. I had to wait for her to actually speak before i recognized who the heck she was. There is just something about hairnets and hair that throws me off. half the time i'm trying to picture people with a hairnet so that i can remember who they are, now i'm getting to the point w here i have to picture the people without a hairnet to recognize who they are. Will the madness ever stop.

It's really quite interesting to see people from other plants. Getting a whole new perspective about the whole Kroger system.I have always wanted to visit all of the plants. Unfortunately i wasn't able to visit this plant on the terms i would have liked too. Being in the role that i am in now, has really tied me down on the experiences that i think i would like to take part in.

Tomorow is Andy's wedding. SO i'll be driving up to Anderson to enjoy the festivities in the joining of two people. And then maybe possibly dropping by Lawana and Isaacs with Cindy to see there new baby Nate. But that all depends.

Somebody has actually contacted me to be apart of the CCOGB.org website. So she'll be correcting all the terrible grammer and misspelings and incorrect punctuation marks before i publish anything. I don't know about you but i'm excited.
