Happy Anniversary To me

it's been a year since i started. Who would have ever thought i would have made it this far. Well i did.

And this morning i weighed 298. But at work i weighed 316. But i had like 10 lbs worth of boots and clothes on because of the whole food plant thing for sanitation reasons. Gotta be clean you know.

Lately i've been using my own cell phone as my wake up call. Well oddly enough someone actually decided to call me in the morning. I thought it was the alarm. SO i hung up on the person. All well. it was only the doc's office informing me of my appointment tomorow.
