you ever have one of those...

dreams where you (for us folks that don't have a girlfriend/wife) dream about some woman (and you've never seen the girl before in your whole life) and somehow you you know that person is going to be the one you are supposed to marry and live life happily ever after? Well last night was one of those nights. I've never really loved someone, so how i could feel those feelings in a dream is beyond me, but you can't help but be a little dissappointed waking up.

PLayed in service today. it went much better than i expected. I showed up before they unlocked the doors. It still boggles me that the team i'm on doesn't at least run through one song. Just to loosen up the fingers, or vocal chords. If anything just to give the person mixing our sound a chance to mix us before service starts. But that's me.

Some day i'd like to have a big unplugged set. Where on Sunday everybody is sitting in a circle. No stage just unplugged with instramentalist situated throughout the area. Or have the instramentalist on a wireless pickup, so that we could travel into the congregation and face the same wall.

Money. I'm reminded of the song by AVB. Money... Can't buy you happiness... Can't buy your success, can't buy you love. MONEY. I have a friend that is recently changing jobs. And i wouldn't say he wants me to come with, but I'm pretty sure he'd like me too. And the money would be a considerable difference. God blesses those who are patient. I certainly don't want to go searching for new jobs with higher pay just because my education says that i should be getting paid more after so many years. I can't exactly say i'm Happy or dissatisfied with my job and the Church I am currently attending has a lot for me to do.
