Rainbow

I saw the most Beautiful rainbow today during my lunch hour. Normally i only see like 1/2 or 1/4 of a rainbow. but this time i saw the full thing. bright as could be. and it hugely wide. like something you see on Rainbow Bright. it was massive. It's a shame i couldn't take a picture of it. by the time i got to my apartment, and grabbed a camera, it was gone.

SOme employees at work offered to bake me pizza/cake/cookies/ so that they wouldn't have to work in the cook room, along with a certain individual. As tempting as that was, i couldn't make that promise for the rest of the summer. STINK. i really could use some homecookin from those college ladies.

I wish i could post what occured today, but unfortunately i am not able to share in my misfortunes as a supervisor. But pretty much i had to have a meeting with an employee of mine, and i blew. I totally froze. I guess thats why i'm young and learning. But thankfully there was a second super around. PHEW. But if you guys see newspaper article kroger supervisor gets put behind bars for harrassment, it's probably me.

but i am slowly understanding the purpose of what i'm reading in books about the working with your employees, instead of trying to spend time waiting for all good ones to show up and magically making the perfectly working line.
