I'm a work a holic

So past few days i've gone to sleep with a calculator next to my bed. Crunching numbers to see what the line has to do to get so many pallets out. when i started i had the line getting about 38 pallets in a 7 hour period when 50 should be the least you should have. i've been averaging about 45 right now. but really it should be 50 because of breakdowns and cleanings we have to do. And new people that are slow workers.

I also stay up till like 330 thinking about how to improve the line, and make things better for the employees. i'm such a nice boss aren't I? Good thing i don't have a social life that is demanding. I wouldn't have the time or energy for it. Unless i guess my friends met up around 1230-300am. and they allowed me to think about work. I guess i'd probably have to go to a bar and tell all my stories to a bar tender. haha.
